Dr. Ebner (who goes by Hank) is a licensed psychologist who uses evidence-based theories of thinking, learning, and feeling to guide treatment. With compassion, humor, honesty, and directness, Dr. Ebner seeks to help clients gain clarity, acceptance, and choice to make meaningful changes in their lives. Dr. Ebner uses a collaborative approach in which he seeks to empower his clients, and help them understand their lives in new and meaningful ways. Areas of expertise include depression and anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, substance use disorders, and factors involving the family system.

Training includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
Dr. Ebner believes in an eclectic approach to treatment, based on Cognitive-behavioral theories. His techniques include elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Models, and Motivational Interviewing.
