Our electronic health record - InSync - allows patients to access a Patient Portal for a variety of uses:
* View upcoming appointments
* Update contact and insurance information
* Request a medication refill
* Send a secure message or question to your provider
* Complete forms or symptom questionnaires assigned by your provider
* View account balances
* Make secure online payments
The Patient Portal can only be accessed by the Patient or their Personal Representative (Parent, Guardian, or Power of Attorney).

When using either Patient Portal to view balances or to make payments, please submit payment only for balances that are visible within that Patient Portal. Payments cannot be moved between accounts. Thank you.
