Refill Requests

Many refills can be requested by contacting your pharmacy. They will forward your request to us.

You may request a prescription refill through your Patient Portal.

You may request a prescription refill by contacting our Medical Assistant at 608-829-1800, option 2.

If you are requesting a refill for a Controlled Substance, please submit your request one week in advance to allow for processing.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your refill request to be submitted to the pharmacy.

You will no longer receive a confirmation text when a prescription has been submitted. This option is no longer available.
